Downtown Newark Food & Brew Fest

Santa Fe is proud to be part of the 22nd Annual Downtown Newark Food & Brew Fest, presented by Out & About Magazine. It's a Newark summer tradition where you travel from restaurant to restaurant, sampling creative dishes paired with craft beer. It's a pay-as-you-go event with no tickets required, just stop by and enjoy.

We've crafted a special menu just for the occasion, four dishes rooted in the traditional flavors we're known for, each paired with a featured beer:

Al Pastor Shrimp Skewer ($8)

Achiote-marinated shrimp, pineapple, charred onions & cilantro, served with a chipotle-lime dipping sauce

Paired with Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Mexican-Style Lager (4.7% ABV)

Carnitas Torta Slider ($7)

Slow-braised pork carnitas, pickled jalapeños, queso fresco, cilantro-slaw on a toasted brioche bun

Paired with Big Oyster Cage Dive Hazy IPA (6.0% ABV)

Spinach & Poblano Flatbread ($7)

Melted Oaxaca & Chihuahua cheese, sautéed spinach, roasted poblanos, crispy flatbread crust, crema, and aji amarillo

Paired with Allagash Surf House Summer Lager (5.5% ABV)

Chocolate Tres Leches ($6)

Layered tres leches bread pudding with whipped cream, dulce de leche drizzle & toasted coconut

Paired with Aslin Volcano Sauce IPA (7.0% ABV)
